Every day around here seems like a new adventure. I'm keeping up with my own work, the house, Alex, the dogs, etc. It's a lot to manage at times. My husband is also my best friend and, of course, I want to talk with my best friend and tell him all about what's going on in my life. I want him to hear how crazy things are, to share in the crazy things the dogs do, and to know what's happening in our daily lives.
And while he's away, I want to hear what's happening in his life and to share in the adventures he encounters on the road. It's no picnic for Bob to be away from home so much and it makes it difficult for us to spend quality time together. It may seem odd or nerdy to some people, but we are each other's best friends in addition to being married; and therefore, even if no one else in the world may find anything in this website interesting, we find it to be warm, loving, and comforting.
This is where I will keep my own blog about the happenings AT HOME. You can also visit the blog Bob maintains on his page or the blogs that Rudy (our Chihuahua) and Mollee (our mutt) update about what is happening in their lives. Although we're just normal, boring folks, we hope you'll enjoy our attempts to keep each other informed about what's happening AT HOME, ON THE ROAD, and IN THE DOGHOUSE.
